We are Atlanta and Decatur’s home for inspired and accessible, body-positive yoga instruction.

Our studio features Atlanta & Decaturs only fresh air flow system that constantly pulls in fresh air, before, during, and after each class.
We offer a schedule with fully masked classes, and mask-optional classes are available for our vaccinated students.
